The calculation of retention and selectivity in reversed-phase liquid chromatography II. Methanol-water eluents

Abstract

To calculate retention in reversed-phase, high-performance liquid chromatography a method based on the molecular structure of the analyte and the characteristics of sorbents and mobile phases has been employed. Characteristics of different ODS-columns in water-methanol eluents have been determined.
