Abstract

Surgical Principles
Reconstruction of the coronoid process of the ulna by means of internal fixation using lag screws or by replacement with an autogenous bone graft from the pelvis or from parts of the damaged, resected radial head.
In complex injuries of the elbow: meticulous operative treatment of all injured structures, i. e. bones and ligaments.
