Through clinical studies and animal experiments the results of stimulating electrodiagnosis and electromyography examination
were compared. The application of medium frequency sinusoidal current stimulation (MFSCS) as a new means of electrodiagnosis
has been proposed. In the determination of muscle denervation, the conclusion made by MFSCS is reliable. MFSCS is a non-invasive
method of examination which can be repeated many times without any harmful effect.
