In post-burn facial reconstruction in the male, one of the more challenging problems is replacement of the beard area. Expansion
of the scalp and the design of a suitable visor flap can provide enough tissue for this reconstruction and allow the donor
site to be closed directly. This technique and its results in three male patients are presented.
