The case report illustrates the value of o.p' —DDD in the treatment of adrenal cortical neoplasia as the patient is alive
and fully active after almost 7 years of treatment. The early diagnosis and the monitoring of progress with I
131 iodocholesterol is recorded. The possibility that the diagnostic use of I
131 iodocholesterol might have had some therapeutic advantage which resulted in an almost unique survival time is discussed.
