Abstract

KONG Rao-qi, male, born in 1944, was a junior consultant doctor, a standing member and the deputy secretary-general of Zhejiang Provincial Acupuncture Association, the director of Zhejiang scalp-acupoint committee. He has been engaged in acupuncture practice for more than 30 years, with great attainments in the scalp acupuncture. He is highly skilled at the acupuncture treatment of apoplectic sequelae, prolapse of cervical and lumbar intervertebral discs, depression, insomnia, trigeminal neuralgia and so on, having written five academic treatises such asChinese Scalp Acupuncture, Great Compendium of Practical Scalp-Acupuncture, Acupuncture Treatment of Paralysis, published more than 20 articles like “Treatment Experience of Depression by Scalp-Acupuncture”, etc.
