Abstract

The present study compares the metal levels (Pb, Cd, Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn) in different tissues of workers of the ant species Formica pratensis Retzius, Formica polyctena (Förster), and Camponotus ligniperda (Latreille) collected from a metal-polluted site.
