The pattern of movement of the material being pulverized and the grinding bodies against the rotating housing of a pestle
mill is analyzed. Equations describing the movement over a surface of complex configuration are compiled, and the coordinates
and velocities at any point on the surface are determined. A procedure is developed for determination of the height of ascent
of material and grinding bodies as a function of angular velocity and structural parameters of the mill is developed.
