The distribution of the cracking resistance characteristics of the material can be conveniently described by Weibull's distribution, whose lower limit is also the main parameter of the calculations.

According to the results obtained up to the present day, the lower limit of Weibull's distribution cannot be determined reliably from the mean value of rms deviation.
