Wir führten bei 7 Patienten mit einer chronisch, therapieresistenten Achillessehnentendinose im Stadium 2 nach Puddu ein lokales Debridement der Achillessehne in Kombination mit einem Flexor hallucis longus Transfer durch. Der durchschnittliche Untersuchungszeitraum betrug 7 Monate (3–15 Monate). Alle Patienten wurden an Hand des AOFAS-Hindfoot Score nachuntersucht, zusätzlich wurde die Fähigkeit des Zehenstandes, die Flexionsfähigkeit der Großzehe sowie die subjektive Zufriedenheit der Patienten evaluiert. Es zeigte sich eine durchschnittliche Verbesserung des AOFAS-Score von präoperativ 48 auf postoperativ 83. Die Patientenzufriedenheit war hoch, eine Kraftabschwächung der Achillessehne im Vergleich zur Gegenseite war nicht nachweisbar. Die Flexionsfähigkeit der Großzehe war abgeschwächt, jedoch zeigten sich keinerlei funktionelle Defizite.

Seven patients suffering from a chronic tendinosis of the Achilles tendon (Puddu stage 2) underwent a local debridement in combination with a Flexor hallucis longus transfer. The average follow-up was 7 months (range 3 months to 15 months). All patients were examined according to the AOFAS hindfoot score. In addition, the heel rise, the active flexion power of the hallux and the subjective satisfaction with the outcome were evaluated. The average AOFAS hindfoot score improved from 48 pre-operatively to 83 postoperatively. Patient satisfaction with the outcome was high. No significant loss of power regarding the heel rise was noted. The active flexion power of the hallux was slightly reduced; however, patients did not notice any functional disability.
