Diabetes not under control results in many additional health risks including skin ulcers that are extremely hard to cure. Laser therapy has been seen to be effective. This study shows that two wavelengths, 660 and 880 nm, when used together seems to be more effective than other forms of light therapy. This hypothesis will be tested with larger populations.
