Chondrosarcomas are the tumours of the Osteogenic series. This tumour may occur in any bone, but with a predilection for flat
bones and ribs. Chondrosarcomas of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are rare tumours. Still rarer is the chondrosarcoma
of nasal septum. Rarity of this neoplasm warrants its presentation.
