Le lipome intraosseux du calcanéus est une localisation rare de l’affection. Elle peut poser un problème de diagnostic d’une
image lacunaire lorsqu’elle est de découverte fortuite à la radiographie simple. Les formes avec effraction corticale sont
exceptionnelles. Les auteurs en rapportent un cas et discutent de l’indication chirurgicale dans cette localisation.
Intraosseous lipoma of the calcaneus is a rare, benign, primary bone lesion, frequently misdiagnosed as other tumours, especially
unicameral bone cysts. We present the case of a 48-year-old member of the armed services who was diagnosed with intraosseous
lipoma of the calcaneus and discuss the clinical presentation and treatment choice.
