Abstract

Oral Synechiae are rare congenital anomalies found in several syndromes that have as a component a cleft palate deformity. This anomaly is usually recognized at birth secondary to airway and nutrition compromise. Four cases of oral syngnathia which were initially asymptomatic are presented. The variations in clinical presentation as well as timing of treatment options are discussed.
