Isolated spontaneous dissection of the common iliac artery (CIA) is a rare entity. Two patients with this condition were successfully
treated by percutaneous stent placement. We emphasize the feasibility of nonsurgical management by percutaneous stent placement
for isolated spontaneous dissection of the CIA.
