The introduction of endoscopic plastic surgery provides a new look at facial anatomy. Since this is different from that seen when the traditional approach is used it is important to have a clear understanding of the endoscopically viewed facial anatomy before proceeding to perform endoscopic face-lifting. This paper presents cadaveric dissections of each stage of the endoscopically-assisted face and neck lift, previously described by Bostwik, Nahai and Eaves [1].
