Abstract

1.  The share of reinforced concrete-encased steel structures of various purposes in the activity of Gidromontazh has been increasing steadily in recent years.
2.  The successful performance of works on reinforced concrete-encased steel structures requires on the part of personnel of the trust's organization special knowledge in the area of design and technology of reinforced concrete and also a closer contact with general designers and associated industrial organizations (Gidrospetsstroi, general contractors).
3.  The effective development of reinforced concrete-encased structures is impossible without an improvement of their standard base and conduction of standard-methodological works, including with the participation of the trust's organizations.
