For an integro-differential inclusion with Hukuhara derivative, we introduce the notion of quasisolution and present conditions under which the set of quasisolutions coincides with the set of ordinary solutions. We also prove theorems on the relaxation of ordinary solutions and the compactness of the set of these solutions.
