An 11-year-old girl with dystelephalangy (Kirner deformity) of the right middle, ring, and little, and the left index through
little fingers is reported. To the author's best knowledge, such polytopic affection with dystelephalangy has not yet been
reported. The parents, one of the siblings and maternal grandfather showed dystelephalangy of the little finger. So, the patient
was considered to be a homozygous state of dystelephalangy gene.
