Abstract

A 25-year-old woman comes to you with a 1-week history of nonpruritic lesions on the upper right inner arm. Examination reveals three annular lesions with central scale. Treatment for tinea corporis is prescribed in the form of a topical antifungal agent. The patient returns 14 days later complaining of a generalized moderately pruritic eruption from the neck to the upper hips.
