A case of

meningoleucoangiomatosis

in a newborn girl with macrocephaly and chondrodystrophy is reported. In the cerebral cortex there was no angiomatosis. The histological features of the angiomatosis were determined by telangiectasis and

convolution-formation

of capillaries. Because of the topic character, Divry-Bogaert syndrome,

leucoangiomatosis

etc. were differential diagnostic discussed. The pseudocalcification of the axons in the deep white substances were thought to be due to microcirculatory disturbances by angiomatosis.
