We propose a theoretical method of studying the three-dimensional dynamic problems of the theory of elasticity for plates
on whose planar faces mixed homogeneous boundary conditions are imposed on the normal stresses and displacements in the plane
of the faces. The method is based on the theory of dynamic homogeneous solutions of exponential type. Two figures. Bibliography:
