Cuttings from the vines of potato plants will root within 2 to 3 weeks in a perlite medium with intermittent mist and full
greenhouse light. Heavy callus and numerous roots can be expected with high survival following potting. Mature tissues, however,
should be avoided in selecting material for making cuttings.
