A complete ALGOL-program is given for a Monte Carlo simulation of neutronscattering in a cylindrical liquid scintillator. The aim of the program is the calculation of the energy distribution of the luminiscence radiation caused by the collisions of the neutrons with the
H- and
C-nuclei of the liquid. The results depend essentially on the initial energy of the neutrons and on the distance between the source and the cylinder. In many cases the efficiency of the process can be increased by prescribing the caracter of the first collision of each neutron.
